The liquid in the engine cooling system is used as a coolant in the heating system. The main components of the system are the heat exchanger, coolant circulation line, supercharger, fans and control module. The heating system is integrated with the evaporator body, the heating system and the cooling system use the same supercharger and the same air ducts with deflectors.

When the engine is running, the water pump pumps coolant through the water pipe through the high-temperature cylinder in the heat exchanger, where the liquid is heated. The air is then heated in a heat exchanger and supplied to the vehicle interior or windshield by a blower to heat the interior or defrost the windshield. The refrigerant is then sucked back in by the water pump and the cycle repeats.
