Installation of air conditioning control motors (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Install the motor and air mixing flap control potentiometer (5).

Note: Make sure that the air mix flap control motor and potentiometer are in the "DEF" position during installation.

2. Install the motor to control the internal/external air circulation selection damper (4).

Note: Make sure that the motor controlling the indoor/outdoor air circulation selector damper is in the "outdoor recirculation" position during installation.




3. Install the toolbar.



4. Install the motor and the mode selection flap control potentiometer (3).

Note: Make sure that the motor and mode selector valve control potentiometer are in the "DEF" position during installation.

5. Install the front air duct.

6. Install the lower instrument panel cover.

7. Install the power transformer (2).

8. Install the fan motor (1).

9. Install the engine control unit bracket.

10. Install the lower cover on the passenger side.
