Rear manual windows
1. On some models, the rear doors are equipped with manually operated power windows.
2. The power window handles are located in the front of the rear doors of the car below the inside handles.
Window regulators with electric drive of regulators
1. Activation of the power windows becomes possible only when the ignition is on, when the key is turned in the lock to the ON position.
Note. On models with power windows for all doors, the controls remain active for an additional 30 seconds after the ignition is turned off.
2. Lowering / raising the glass of each of the car doors can be done using the corresponding key mounted in the armrest of the driver's door of the main switch.
3. Strongly pressing the switch key will lower the glass to its lowest position. Partial lowering of the window is carried out by lightly pressing the button (until her release).
4. Each of the doors of the car is also equipped with an individual switch for controlling the functioning of the regulator electric drive. The switches are mounted on the armrests of the doors.
5. The driver has the ability to block the activation of the passenger door window regulators from individual switches. The blocking button is part of the main switch. The lock is released by pressing the button again.
6. Window regulators are equipped with a special safety device that automatically lowers the window if there is an obstacle when it is raised. This feature is designed to prevent injury from the driver/passengers' body parts being pinched by the glass.
Precautionary measures
1. Remember that frequent use of power windows with the engine off will drain the battery.
2. The safety device is disabled at the end of the glass travel, therefore, when closing the windows, make sure that none of the passengers keep their fingers on top of which glass.
3. Be sure to turn on the blocking of the activation of the passenger door window regulators from individual switches if there are children in the cabin.
4. When leaving the car, do not forget the key in the ignition.
