Disassembling the heater unit
1. Remove the right heater air duct (1).
2. Remove heater No. 1 (2).
3. Remove the heater fluid temperature sensor clamp (3).
4. Remove the heater fluid temperature sensor (4).
5. Remove the connecting air duct (5).
6. Remove the power transistor (6).
7. Remove the tube A assembly (7).
8. Remove the expansion valve (8).
9. Remove the B tube assembly (9).
10. Remove the sealing ring (10).
11. Remove the evaporator cover (11).
12. Remove the evaporator (12).
13. Remove the floor air duct C (13).
14. Remove the bracket (14).
15. Remove the left heater air duct (15).
16. Remove heater No. 1 (16).
17. Remove the mode selector flap control motor and potentiometer (17).
18. Remove the air mixing flap control motor and potentiometer (18).
19. Remove the heater core (19).
20. Remove the air temperature sensor clamp (20).
21. Remove the air temperature sensor (21).
22. Remove the housing (22).
Assembling the heater unit
1. Install the housing (22).
2. Install the air temperature sensor (21).
3. Install the air temperature sensor clamp (20).
4. Install the heater core (19).
5. Install the air mixing flap control motor and potentiometer (18).
6. Install the mode selector flap control motor and potentiometer (17).
7. Install heater No. 1 (16).
8. Install the left heater air duct (15).
9. Install the bracket (14).
10. Install the floor air duct (13).
11. Install the evaporator (12).
12. Install the evaporator cover (11).
13. Install the sealing ring (10).
14. Install the B tube assembly (9).
15. Install the expansion valve (8).
16. Install the tube A assembly (7).
17. Install the power transistor (6).
18. Install the connecting air duct (5).
19. Install the heater fluid temperature sensor (4).
20. Install the heater fluid temperature sensor clamp (3).
21. Install heater No. 1 (2).
22. Install the right heater air duct (1).
