Removal the exhaust gas recirculation valve

1. Drain the coolant.

2. Remove the engine cover.

3. Remove the air filter intake duct.

4. Disconnect the EGR valve connector (1).

5. Remove the cooling hose (2).

6. Remove the cooling hose (3).

7. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve (4).

8. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve gasket (5).

Installing the exhaust gas recirculation valve

1. Install the EGR valve gasket (5).

2. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve (4).

3. Install the cooling hose (3).

4. Install the cooling hose (2).

5. Connect the EGR valve connector (1).

6. Install the air filter intake duct.

7. Install the engine cover.

8. Fill with coolant.
