Checking the axial clearance of the front wheel hub (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Remove the caliper assembly and hang it with wire.

2. Remove the brake disc from the hub.

3. Fix the measuring stand with a dial indicator as shown in the figure, and measure the axial clearance of the hub by moving it back and forth.

Maximum permissible value: 0.00 mm

4. If the axial clearance value exceeds the maximum permissible value, it is necessary to disassemble the hub and check the parts.
