The work area should be covered with a rubber mat and kept clean.
When disassembling and assembling the gearbox, it is not recommended to use knitted gloves or wipe the parts with a rag. If necessary, use a nylon rag or paper towel.
All parts must be washed and dried with compressed air.
Metal parts can be washed with conventional means.
Discs with friction linings, plastic and rubber parts must be washed only with automatic transmission oil (ATF).
Do not reuse gaskets, seals or rubber parts.
After each disassembly of the automatic transmission, they should be replaced with new ones. Only the oil dipstick sealing ring can be reused.
Only blue grease can be used as a consistent lubricant.
All rubbing surfaces and moving joints must be lubricated with automatic transmission oil before assembly.
Do not use sealant to install gaskets.
If it is necessary to replace the bushing, the entire unit in which it is installed must be replaced.
If the automatic transmission housing is damaged, the cooling system should be disassembled and flushed.
