The gearbox has four forward gears and one reverse gear. Each gear is engaged automatically depending on the position of the automatic transmission selector lever, vehicle speed and accelerator pedal position. The automatic transmission selector lever can be in 7 positions and is equipped with a lock button

To change the position of the selector lever, you must press the lock button and fully depress the brake pedal.
To shift the automatic transmission selector lever, you must press the lock button.
To shift the automatic transmission selector lever, pressing the lock button is not required.
