Jumpers are used in circuits that are not protected by conventional fuses, such as the ignition circuit.
The burnable jumpers used on these models are similar to fuses in that their condition can also be checked visually.
1. To replace the fuse jumper, disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the burned-out jumper from the connection socket and replace it with a new one.
3. Always determine the cause of the failure of the old jumper first before installing a new one.
