Visually, it can be quite difficult to find an open circuit, since oxidized or poorly connected contacts are often difficult to notice. Sometimes simply moving a connecting wire or a wire in a wiring harness is enough to fix the problem. Unreliable operation of electrical components is also often caused by oxidized or poor connections.
Finding a fault in an electrical system seems like a fairly simple operation if you understand that the operation of an electrical system is based on the current flowing from the battery through wires, switches, relays, fuses and fuses to the electrical components (light bulb, engine, etc.) and to the vehicle's mass, from where it flows back into the battery. Any fault in the electrical system is an interference with the flow of current from or to the battery.
