Removal the brake booster (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Drain the brake fluid.



2. Remove the battery (left hand drive model).

3. Remove the air intake hose and air filter assembly.

4. Disconnect the electrical wiring connector (1).

5. Disconnect the brake pipe connection (2).

6. Remove the spring pin (3).

7. Remove the pin assembly (4).

8. Unscrew the brake booster mounting nuts (5).

9. Remove the brake booster (6).

10. Remove the gasket (7).

11. Remove the insulator (model with 4M4 engine) (8).

12. Remove the washer (9).
