1. Install the lower mount (13).

2. Install the radiator assembly (12).

3. Install the upper mount (11).

4. Install the radiator shroud (10).

5. Install the radiator expansion tank (9).

6. Install the radiator expansion tank hose (8).

7. Install the automatic transmission coolant line hose connection (7).

8. Install the lower radiator hose (6).

9. Install the upper radiator hose (5).

10. Install the radiator shroud cover (4).

11. Install the radiator cap (3).

12. Install the sealing ring (2).

Note: Apply soap-based lubricant to the O-ring before installing it.


13. Screw in the radiator drain plug (1).

14. Install the air intake pipe.

15. Fill with coolant.

Model with 4M4 engine



1. Install the lower mount (12).

2. Install the radiator assembly (11).

3. Install the upper mount (10).

4. Install the radiator shroud (9).

5. Install the radiator expansion tank (8).

6. Install the radiator expansion tank hose (7).

7. Install the lower radiator hose (6).

8. Install the upper radiator hose (5).

9. Install the radiator shroud cover (4).

10. Install the radiator cap (3).

11. Install the sealing ring (2).

Note: Apply soap-based lubricant to the O-ring before installing it.


12. Screw in the radiator drain plug (1).

13. Install the air intake pipe.

14. Fill with coolant.
