1. Drain the coolant.

2. Remove the air intake pipe.



3. Unscrew the radiator drain plug (1).

4. Remove the sealing ring (2).

5. Remove the radiator cap (3).

6. Remove the radiator shroud cover (4).

7. Remove the upper radiator hose (5).

8. Remove the lower radiator hose (6).

9. Remove the automatic transmission coolant line hose connection (7).

10. Remove the radiator expansion tank hose (8).

11. Remove the radiator expansion tank (9).

12. Remove the radiator shroud (10).

13. Remove the upper mount (11).

14. Remove the radiator assembly (12).

15. Remove the lower mount (13).

Model with 4M4 engine



1. Drain the coolant.

2. Remove the air intake pipe.



3. Unscrew the radiator drain plug (1).



4. Remove the sealing ring (2).

5. Remove the radiator cap (3).

6. Remove the radiator shroud cover (4).

7. Remove the upper radiator hose (5).

8. Remove the lower radiator hose (6).

9. Remove the radiator expansion tank hose (7).

10. Remove the radiator expansion tank (8).

11. Remove the radiator shroud (9).

12. Remove the upper mount (10).

13. Remove the radiator assembly (11).

14. Remove the lower mount (12).
