Installing the clutch pedal (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques specified in the picture.


1. Install the clutch pedal assembly (10).

2. Install the pedal cover (9).

3. Install the sleeve (8).

4. Install the return spring (7).

5. Tighten the master cylinder lever mounting bolt (6).

6. Tighten the clutch master cylinder fastening nut (5).

7. Install the pin with the hole for the cotter pin of the pedal assembly (4).

8. Install the spring pin (3).

9. Install the clutch switch sensor (cars with cruise control system) (2).

10. Install the clutch lever limiter stand (1).

11. Install the A-pillar.

12. Adjust the clutch pedal.
