Assembling the master cylinder (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Install the clutch master cylinder assembly (8).

2. Install the seal (7).

3. Install the clutch hydraulic reservoir (6).

4. Install the split pin (5).

5. Install the tank cover (4).

6. Install the pusher assembly (3).

7. Adjust the length of the push rod (assembled) to the specified value (as shown in the picture) in order to facilitate subsequent adjustments of the clutch pedal.



8. Install the piston assembly (2).

9. Install the piston retaining ring (1).
