Disassembling the master cylinder (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Remove the piston retaining ring (1).

2. Remove the piston assembly (2).

3. Remove the pusher assembly (3).

4. Remove the tank cover (4).

5. Remove the split pin (5).

6. Remove the clutch hydraulic reservoir (6).

7. Remove the seal (7).

8. Remove the clutch master cylinder assembly (8).

Caution: Do not disassemble the clutch master cylinder piston assembly.
