Clutch assembly (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Install the dust cover (9).

2. Install the clutch release bearing (8).

Note: Apply special grease to the inner surface of the clutch release bearing.

3. Install the seal (7).

4. Install the release fork (6).

Note: Apply special grease to the contact surface of the release fork and the release fork shaft.

5. Install the release fork shaft (5).

6. Install the sealing cover (4).

7. Install the clutch release cylinder (3).

8. Install the clutch disc (2).

9. Install the clutch cover (1).

Tightening torque: 19±3 Nm.

Note: Tighten the clutch cover mounting bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.
