Removal and installation
− Before starting to remove parts, lift the power unit until the engine support is free from the load of the power unit.
− The parts are removed in the order of numbers shown in the figure "Removing the engine support".
− Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- After completing the installation of the parts, lower the power unit onto the supports.
Examination
Check the engine mount for cracks and deformation.

Removal the engine mount (except for models with 4G93-MPI engine). 1 - engine support bracket, 2 - engine support.
Note: The symbol in the figure indicates fastening elements that should first be pre-tightened and finally tightened after the engine has been completely lowered onto the supports with the vehicle in a horizontal position.
Removal the engine mount (models with 4G93-MPI engine). 1 - Power steering hydraulic system pressure hose clamp, 2 - Power steering system reservoir mounting bolt, 3 - Engine support bracket, 4 - Engine support.
