Overload sensor before 1993 (top) and since 1994.
The sensor is mounted next to the handbrake lever.
Removal and installation
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the rear floor panel.
3. Disconnect the connector from the sensor, unscrew the 2 bolts and remove the sensor.
4. After installing the sensor, check the operation of the system at a car service center.

Control unit
The control unit is mounted on the mudguard and is located under the rear right panel.
Removal and installation
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the third seat (if provided).
3. Remove the right panel at the bottom of the rear compartment (see subsection 12.26).
4. Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the large bracket.
5. Loosen 2 screws, disconnect the connector and remove the control unit with the small bracket.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
