ABS system hydraulic module

The hydraulic module is mounted in the engine compartment on the right mudguard, next to the bulkhead.
Removal and installation
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Drain the fluid from the brake hydraulic system.

3. Loosen the screws and remove the upper connector and relay box bracket.
4. Unscrew the fittings, disconnect and immediately plug the 5 tubes.
5. Disconnect the connectors from the module.
6. Loosen the bolts and remove the module with the bracket, taking into account the significant weight of the unit.
7. Remove the cover of the relay box, valve relay and pump motor. Further disassembly of the module is prohibited.
8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
9. Tighten the pipe fittings to a torque of 15 Nm.
10. Remove air from the hydraulic drive.
11. Check the system operation at a car service center.
