The following is a description of how to fasten and adjust the seat belts for comfortable and safe use.
Attention! Never fasten more than one person with the same seat belt.
Attention! Never fasten your seat belt so that it passes under your arm or at the wrong height. Always fasten the lower and upper seat belts correctly.
Attention! Do not make any changes to the design of the seat belts that could reduce their effectiveness.
Attention! Never repair or replace seat belts yourself. All repair and replacement operations must be entrusted to specialists.
The law requires the driver and passenger to wear seat belts when driving. Always follow this rule.
UNIBELT seat belts
The front and rear seats are equipped with UNIBELT seat belts, which consist of a single belt and an emergency tightener.
The seat belts of this system allow the driver and passengers to lean forward and automatically tighten the belt when leaning back.
A sensitive sensor in the emergency retractor locks the seat belt in the event of a sudden change in vehicle speed.
For instructions on installing a child seat in the rear seat of your vehicle, see subsection 1.8.6.3.
