Central seat belt

Adjustment

1. Before fastening; 2. Buckle; 3. Pull; 4. When fastening; 5. Buckle; 6. Pull

The length of the center seat belt can be adjusted by positioning the belt and buckle at right angles to each other and then pulling the belt.

Never use one lower seat belt to secure more than one person.

The rear center seat belt buckle and latch are marked with the word CENTER. Check the buckle and latch for this mark before fastening.

The side seat belt buckles and the center seat belt buckle tongue will not fit together.

Seat belt storage compartment under the second seat

When not in use, store the seat belt in the special compartment in the rear seat. To fit the seat belt into the compartment, roll it around the buckle.

When the seat belt is not in use, store it as shown in the illustration.

Seat belt extension

If your seat belt is too short, you can purchase a seat belt extender. It can be used on any of the front seats. It should only be used if the existing seat belt is too short. If its use is not required, the extension must be removed as it may interfere with the operation of the emergency tightening device.

Warning: If you can use a regular seat belt, you should not use an extender. If you don't need it but you use it, you may get injured in an accident.
