Air to air cooler





1. Heat exchanger; 2. Electric fan; 3. Protective cover; 4. Air duct connecting the cooler to the intake manifold; 5. Air duct connecting the turbocharger to the cooler; 6. Electric fan switch sensor; 7. Relay


Removal



1. Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals.

2. Disconnect the electrical wires from the cooler.

3. Remove the protective cover from the cooler.

4. Remove the electric fan control relay.

5. Disconnect both air ducts from the cooler.

6. Remove the cooler.

7. Remove the electric fan switch and the electric fan.

8. Remove the cooler mounting bracket.

Installation



1. The cooler is installed in the reverse order of removal.

2. It is necessary to install a new gasket under the electric fan switch sensor.
