Caution: Use only recommended brake fluid. Avoid mixing the recommended fluid with other types of brake fluid.
Recommended brake fluid: DOT3 or DOT4.
Bleeding the master brake cylinder
There is no check valve on this master cylinder, so if you bleed the master cylinder using the following method, it will make the procedure for bleeding the brake hydraulic system much easier (When there is no brake fluid in the master cylinder).
1. Fill the reservoir with brake fluid.
2. Press and hold the brake pedal.
3. Ask an assistant to close the outlet holes of the master cylinder with his finger.
4. Keeping the outlet holes closed, release the brake pedal.
5. To fill the internal cavities of the master cylinder with brake fluid, repeat the operations of steps (2) through (4) three or four times.
