Removal the steering wheel (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

Caution: On vehicles equipped with the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), before removing the airbag module.

1. Remove the cover (1).

2. Remove the airbag module (2).

3. Unscrew the steering wheel fastening nut (3).

4. Remove the steering wheel (4).

Caution: One of the steering shaft assembly mounting bolts must be a grounded bolt. The grounded bolt has an "E" mark on the head.
