Model with 3800 cc engine
1. Drain the refrigerant from the system.
2. Remove the engine crankcase guard.
3. Remove the battery.
4. Disconnect the flexible suction hose connection (1).
5. Disconnect the flexible filling hose connection (2).
6. Remove the sealing ring (3).
7. Remove the drive belts (4).
8. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket.
9. Remove the air conditioning compressor assembly (5).
10. Remove the air conditioner compressor bracket (6).
Model with 3200 cc engine
1. Drain the refrigerant from the system.
2. Remove the engine crankcase guard.
3. Remove the battery.
4. Remove the air-to-air intercooler hose B.
5. Disconnect the flexible suction hose connection (1).
6. Disconnect the flexible filling hose connection (2).
7. Remove the sealing ring (3).
8. Remove the compressor drive belt (4).
9. Remove the power steering reservoir bracket.
10. Remove the air conditioning compressor assembly (5).
11. Remove the air conditioning compressor bracket (6).
12. Remove the pulley tensioner (7).
