Disassembling the rear heater unit
1. Remove the air conditioner tube (1).
2. Remove the cover (2).
3. Remove the heater core (3).
4. Remove the connection (4).
5. Remove the expansion valve (5).
6. Remove the sealing ring (6).
7. Remove the motor and the mode selector flap control potentiometer (7).
8. Remove the electrical wiring (8).
9. Remove the housing (9).
10. Remove the evaporator (10).
Assembling the rear heater unit
1. Install the evaporator (10).
2. Install the housing (9).
3. Install the electrical wiring (8).
4. Install the motor and the mode selection flap control potentiometer (7).
5. Install the sealing ring (6).
6. Install the expansion valve (5).
7. Establish connection (4).
8. Install the heater core (3).
9. Install the cover (2).
10. Install the air conditioner tube (1).
