Model with 3800 cc engine
1. Install the air conditioner compressor bracket (6).
2. Install the air conditioner compressor assembly (5).
Adjust the oil level in a new compressor by performing the following procedures:
1) Measure the amount of oil in the old compressor (X).
2) Fill with oil (Y), calculating it using the formula: 160 cm³ - X³=Ycm³
Note: A new compressor is initially filled with 160 cm³ of oil.
3. Install the power steering reservoir bracket.
4. Install the drive belts (4).
5. Install the sealing ring (3).
Note: Install only new O-rings and gaskets. Avoid contact of liquid refrigerant with polished or treated metal surfaces. When refrigerant comes into contact with polished and treated metal surfaces, including chromed steel, it will stain these surfaces and, when mixed with moisture, the refrigerant will have a strong corrosive effect on any metal surface.
6. Connect the flexible filling hose connection (2).
7. Connect the flexible suction hose connection (1).
8. Install the battery.
9. Install the engine crankcase guard.
10. Fill the system with refrigerant.
Model with 3200 cc engine
1. Install the pulley tensioner (7).
2. Install the air conditioner compressor bracket (6).
3. Install the air conditioner compressor assembly (5).
Adjust the oil level in a new compressor by performing the following procedures:

2) Fill with oil (Y), calculating it using the formula: 160 cm³ - X³=Ycm³

5. Install the compressor drive belt (4).
6. Install the sealing ring (3).

9. Install the air-to-air intercooler hose B.
10. Install the battery.
11. Install the engine crankcase guard.
12. Fill the system with refrigerant.
