Note: Install only new O-rings and gaskets. Avoid contact of liquid refrigerant with polished or treated metal surfaces. When refrigerant comes into contact with polished and treated metal surfaces, including chromed steel, it will stain these surfaces and, when mixed with moisture, the refrigerant will have a strong corrosive effect on any metal surface.


1. Install the heater relay (11).

2. Install the heater relay bracket (10).

3. Install the capacitor (9).

4. Install the capacitor bracket (8).

5. Install the sealing ring (7).

6. Connect the drain hose connection A (6).

7. Connect the flexible pressure hose connection (5).

8. Install the condenser fan casing (4).

9. Install the condenser fan (3).

10. Install the condenser fan motor (2).

11. Install the condenser fan assembly (1).

12. Install the radiator grille.

13. Fill the refrigerant from the system.
