Note: Clean the moving surfaces of the pulley and compressor with a clean cloth. Install new retaining rings. Make sure the pulley rotates smoothly after installation.
1. Install the air conditioner compressor (8).
2. Install the cover plate (7).
3. Install the air conditioner compressor spring (6).
4. Install the spring ring (5).
5. Install the rotor (4).
6. Install the spring ring (3).
7. Install the anchor (2).
8. Tighten the lock nut (1).
9. Adjust the air gap.
Standard value: 0.35 - 0.60 mm.
