Checking the operation of the compressor electromagnetic clutch (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)
Connect the positive terminal of the compressor connector directly to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and connect the negative (-) terminal of the battery to the body ground. If the compressor's electromagnetic clutch is working properly, it will engage and make a clicking sound. If there is no contact between the belt pulley and the anchor (no click heard), this means that there is a malfunction in the device.
