Left hand drive model
1. Drain the refrigerant from the system.
2. Remove the battery and battery tray.
3. Remove the radiator expansion tank.
4. Remove the fuel filter (model with engine capacity of 3200 cm³).
5. Remove the engine cover.
Note: Install plugs in the places of removed pipes to prevent water and foreign objects from entering the system.
6. Remove the flexible suction hose (1).
7. Remove the flexible suction hose (2).
8. Remove the suction hose A (3).
9. Remove drain pipe B (single air conditioner) (4).
10. Remove drain pipe B (dual air conditioner) (5).
11. Remove drain pipe A (dual air conditioner) (6).
12. Remove the flexible pressure hose (7).
13. Remove drain pipe A (8).
14. Remove the air conditioner pressure sensor (9).
15. Remove the sealing ring (10).
Right hand drive model

9. Remove the flexible suction hose (dual air conditioner) (4).
10. Remove drain pipe A (single air conditioner) (5).
11. Remove drain pipe A (dual air conditioner) (6).
12. Remove the flexible pressure hose (7).
13. Remove the air conditioner pressure sensor (8).
14. Remove the sealing ring (9).
