To maintain the attractive appearance of your car, it should be regularly maintained. The vehicle must always comply with current environmental protection regulations. Choose detergents etc. carefully: make sure they do not contain corrosive substances. If you have any difficulties choosing such products, please contact an authorized Mitsubishi service center.

Attention:

Cleaning agents can be hazardous to health. Some of them are poisonous. Others may ignite from open flames (for example, from a match) or when it comes into contact with hot vehicle parts. Vapors from some substances may be hazardous in enclosed spaces. If you are using sealed products to clean your vehicle, follow the instructions for use carefully and be sure to open the doors or windows of your vehicle when cleaning the interior. The following substances must not be used to clean your vehicle:
  • Gasoline
  • Paint thinner
  • Petrol
  • Turpentine
  • Kerosene
  • Varnish thinner
  • Carbon tetrachloride
  • Nail polish remover
  • Acetone

All these substances are dangerous and can damage vehicle parts.
