Removal the air filter (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

Model with 6G7 engine

1. Remove the air intake duct A (1).

2. Remove the air intake duct B (2).

3. Remove the breather connection (3).

4. Remove the air inlet hose (4).

5. Remove the air filter resonator (5).

6. Disconnect the air flow sensor connector (6).

7. Remove the air filter (7).

8. Remove the air flow sensor (8).

9. Remove the air flow sensor mount (9).

10. Remove the gasket (10).

11. Remove the air filter cover (11).

12. Remove the air filter element (12).

13. Remove the air filter housing (13).

14. Remove the air filter bracket (14).

Model with 4M4 engine

1. Remove the air intake duct (1).

2. Remove the pre-filter (2).

3. Remove the breather hose connection (3).



4. Disconnect the intake air heater connector (some models) (4).

5. Remove the air inlet hose (5).

6. Disconnect the air flow sensor connector (6).

7. Remove the air filter assembly (7).

8. Remove the air flow sensor (8).

9. Remove the air filter cover (9).

10. Remove the air filter element (10).

11. Remove the air filter housing (11).

12. Remove the air filter bracket (12).
