Removal the high pressure fuel pump



1. Remove the main battery and battery tray.

2. Remove the engine cover.

3. Remove the vacuum pump.

4. Remove the intake manifold.



5. Set cylinder No. 1 to top dead center.

6. Remove the air conditioner drive belt (1).

7. Disconnect the compressor connector and air conditioner clutch assembly (2).

8. Remove the compressor and the air conditioner clutch in the fault (3).

9. Remove the compressor bracket assembly (4).

10. Disconnect the control wiring harness connector and the crankshaft and camshaft position sensor wiring harness (5).

11. Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor connector (6).

12. Disconnect the connector (7).

13. Disconnect the fuel temperature sensor connector (8).

14. Remove the control wiring (9).

15. Remove the wiring bracket (10).

16. Disconnect the fuel hose connection (11).

17. Disconnect the fuel return hose connector (12).

18. Remove the fuel return hose B (13).

19. Remove the oil pressure sensor (14).

20. Remove the lubrication tube (15).



21. Remove the gasket (16).

22. Remove the high pressure fuel pump mounting bracket (17).

23. Remove the timing gear housing stiffener (18).

24. Remove the high pressure fuel pump and the high pressure fuel pump assembly mount (19).

25. Remove the gasket (20).

Installing a high pressure fuel pump



1. Install the gasket (20).

2. Install the high pressure fuel pump and the high pressure fuel pump mount assembly (19).

3. Install the stiffening rib of the timing gear housing (18).

4. Install the high pressure fuel pump mounting bracket (17).

5. Install the gasket (16).

6. Install the lubrication tube (15).

7. Install the oil pressure sensor (14).

8. Install the fuel return hose B (13).

9. Connect the fuel return hose connector (12).

10. Connect the fuel hose connection (11).

11. Install the electrical wiring bracket (10).

12. Install the control wiring (9).

13. Connect the fuel temperature sensor connector (8).

14. Connect the connector (7).

15. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor connector (6).

16. Connect the control wiring connector and the wiring of the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors (5).

17. Install the compressor bracket assembly (4).

18. Install the compressor and air conditioner clutch in the fault (3).

19. Connect the compressor connector and air conditioner clutch assembly (2).

20. Install the air conditioner drive belt (1).

21. Install the intake manifold.

22. Install the vacuum pump.

23. Install the engine cover.

24. Install the main battery and battery tray.



25. Install the air conditioner drive belt.

26. Check and adjust the tension of the air conditioner drive belt.
