Removal the fuel filter
1. Relieve fuel pressure in fuel hoses and pipes (gasoline engines).
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Remove the main battery and battery tray.
4. Disconnect the water level sensor connector (1).
5. Disconnect the fuel line heater connector (2).
6. Disconnect the fuel supply pipe connector (3).
7. Disconnect the fuel return hose connector (4).
8. Remove the fuel filter assembly (5).
9. Remove the drain plug and sealing ring (6).
10. Remove the water level sensor (7).
11. Remove the fuel filter filler (8).
12. Remove the fuel filter pump (9).
13. Remove the fuel filter bracket (10).
