The models covered in this manual are equipped with two fuel filters, one in the fuel tank and one in the fuel line (fuel injected models) or in the engine compartment (carbureted models). Information on replacing the fuel line or engine compartment filter is provided in Chapter 1. The in-tank fuel filter rarely requires maintenance.
