Removal fuel injectors and fuel rail



1. Remove the main battery and battery tray.

2. Remove the engine cover.

3. Remove the ventilation hose (1).

4. Remove the fuel hose (2).

5. Remove the fuel return hose (3).

6. Remove the fuel return pipe B assembly (4).

7. Remove the fuel pump feed pipe (5).

8. Remove the air inlet tube.

9. Remove fuel injection pipe No. 4 (6).

10. Remove fuel injection pipe No. 3 (7).

11. Remove fuel injection pipe No. 2 (8).

12. Remove fuel injection pipe No. 1 (9).

13. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor connector (10).

14. Remove the electrical wiring clamp (11).

15. Remove the fuel rail assembly (12).

16. Remove the gasket (13).

17. Remove the fuel pipe bracket (14).

18. Remove the fuel return pipe A assembly (15).

19. Remove the gasket (16).

20. Disconnect the injector connector (17).

21. Disconnect the solenoid valve connector (18).

22. Disconnect the vacuum hose connection (19).

23. Remove the solenoid valve (20).

24. Remove the cylinder head cover (21).



25. Remove the elastic band (22).

26. Remove the oil seal (23).

27. Remove the oil seal (24).

28. Remove the wiring bracket (25).

29. Remove the wiring bracket (26).

30. Remove the cylinder head cover gasket (27).

31. Remove the fuel drain pipe assembly (28).

32. Remove the gasket (29).

33. Remove the injector mounting bolt (30).

34. Remove the injector mount (31).

35. Unscrew the mounting bolt (32).

36. Remove the injector assembly (33).

37. Remove the gasket (34).

38. Remove the hinge protrusion (35).

39. Remove the hinge post (36).

Installing fuel injectors and fuel rail



Note: When installing, tighten all bolts to the torques shown in the figure.


1. Install the hinge post (36).

2. Install the hinge protrusion (35).

3. Install the gasket (34).

4. Install the injector assembly (33).

5. Tighten the fastening bolt (32).

6. Install the injector mount (31).

7. Install the injector mounting bolt (30).

8. Install the gasket (29).

9. Install the fuel drain pipe assembly (28).

10. Install the cylinder head cover gasket (27).

11. Install the wiring bracket (26).

12. Install the wiring bracket (25).

13. Install the oil seal (24).

14. Install the oil seal (23).

15. Install the rubber band (22).

16. Install the cylinder head cover (21).

17. Install the solenoid valve (20).

18. Connect the vacuum hose connection (19).

19. Connect the solenoid valve connector (18).

20. Connect the injector connector (17).

21. Install the gasket (16).

22. Install the fuel return pipe A assembly (15).

23. Install the fuel pipe bracket (14).

24. Install the gasket (13).



25. Install the fuel rail assembly (12).

26. Install the wiring clamp (11).

27. Connect the fuel pressure sensor connector (10).

28. Install fuel injection pipe No. 1 (9).

29. Install fuel injection pipe No. 2(8).

30. Install fuel injection pipe No. 3 (7).

31. Install fuel injection pipe No. 4 (6).

32. Install the fuel pump feed pipe (5).

33. Install the fuel return pipe B assembly (4).

34. Install the fuel return hose (3).

35. Install the fuel hose (2).

36. Install the ventilation hose (1).

37. Install the engine cover.

38. Install the main battery and battery tray.
