Removal the throttle body
1. Drain the coolant.
2. Remove the air inlet hose.
3. Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector (1).
4. Remove the cooling system hose connections (2).
5. Remove the cooling system hose connections (3).
6. Remove the throttle body (4).
7. Remove the gasket (5).
Installing the throttle body
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the throttle body gasket (5).
Note: Position the gasket so that its protruding part is located as shown in the figure, and then install it between the intake manifold and the throttle body.
2. Install the throttle body (4).
3. Install the cooling system hose connections (3).
4. Install the cooling system hose connections (2).
5. Connect the throttle position sensor connector (1).
6. Install the air inlet hose.
7. Fill with coolant.
