1. Install the gaskets (9).

2. Install the oil cooler feed pipe (8).

3. Install the gaskets (7).

4. Install the oil cooler return hose (6).

5. Tighten the bolts (5).

6. Install the bracket (4).

7. Install the oil cooler assembly (3).

8. Install the gaskets (2).

9. Tighten the bolts (1).

10. Install the engine crankcase guard.

11. Install the lower radiator shroud cover.

12. Fill and check the engine oil level.

Model with 4M4 engine



1. Install the oil cooler separating tab (19).

2. Install the sealing rings (18).

Note: Apply soap-based lubricant to the O-ring before installing it.


3. Install the oil cooler gasket (17).

4. Install the oil cooler conical plugs (16).

5. Install the oil cooler relief plungers (15).

6. Install the oil cooler relief springs (14).

7. Install the oil cooler gasket (13).

8. Install the oil cooler plugs (12).

9. Install the oil cooler gasket (11).

10. Install the oil cooler core (10).

11. Install the oil cooler cover (9).

12. Install the oil cooler assembly (8).

13. Install the oil cooler coolant drain plug gasket (7).

14. Install the oil cooler coolant drain plug (6).

15. Install the oil cooler gaskets (5).

16. Install the sealing ring (4).

Note: Apply soap-based lubricant to the O-ring before installing it.


17. Install the conical plugs of the oil filter bracket (3).

18. Install the oil filter bracket (2).

19. Install the oil filter (1).



20. Install the exhaust manifold.

21. Fill and check the coolant level.

22. Fill and check the engine oil level.

23. Install the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.

24. Install the battery and battery tray.
