Model with 6G7 engine
1. Remove the engine crankcase guard.
2. Remove the lower radiator shroud cover.
3. Unscrew the bolts (1).
4. Remove the gaskets (2).
5. Remove the oil cooler assembly (3).
6. Remove the bracket (4).
7. Unscrew the bolts (5).
8. Remove the oil cooler return hose (6).
9. Remove the gaskets (7).
10. Remove the oil cooler feed pipe (8).
11. Remove the gaskets (9).
Model with 4M4 engine
1. Remove the battery and battery tray.
2. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.
3. Drain the engine oil.
4. Drain the coolant.
5. Remove the exhaust manifold.
6. Remove the oil filter (1).
7. Remove the oil filter bracket (2).
8. Remove the conical plugs of the oil filter bracket (3).
9. Remove the sealing ring (4).
10. Remove the oil cooler gaskets (5).
11. Remove the oil cooler coolant drain plug (6).
12. Remove the oil cooler coolant drain plug gasket (7).
13. Remove the oil cooler assembly (8).
14. Remove the oil cooler cover (9).
15. Remove the oil cooler core (10).
16. Remove the oil cooler gasket (11).
17. Remove the oil cooler plugs (12).
18. Remove the oil cooler gasket (13).
19. Remove the oil cooler relief springs (14).
20. Remove the oil cooler relief plungers (15).
21. Remove the oil cooler conical plugs (16).
22. Remove the oil cooler gasket (17).
23. Remove the sealing rings (18).
24. Remove the oil cooler separating tab (19).
