1. Tires should be rotated at intervals specified in the specifications and whenever signs of uneven wear appear. Since the car will still be raised and the wheels removed, check the brakes at the same time (section 16).

2. Radial tires should be rotated according to a special pattern.

3. For proper jacking and tire rotation, refer to the "Jacking and Towing" section at the beginning of this manual. When checking the brakes, do not apply the handbrake. Make sure the wheels are blocked to prevent the vehicle from rolling.

4. It is preferable to lift the entire vehicle. This can be done by lifting each corner of the vehicle with a winch or jack and placing them on stands, which are placed under the frame beams. Always use four stands and check the stability of the vehicle when it is thus placed.

5. After re-installation, check and adjust the tire pressure and tightening of the lug nuts.
