Starter — removal and installation (Mitsubishi Galant 5)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the starter/starter solenoid assembly.

3. Unscrew the starter mounting bolts (see illustration). Remove the starter.

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
