Camshaft cam dimensions



Standard value, mm:
  • intake camshaft: 35.47;
  • exhaust camshaft: 35.41.

Maximum permissible value, mm:
  • intake camshaft: 34.97;
  • exhaust camshaft: 34.91.



Valve clearances



The clearances are adjusted on a cold engine in two steps. The first measurement and clearance adjustment is made when the piston of the first cylinder is set to the TDC position.



The second measurement and adjustment of the clearances is performed by turning the crankshaft 360°, with the piston of the fourth cylinder in the TDC position.



Intake valve clearance: 0.09 mm.



Exhaust valve clearance: 0.14 mm.

Tightening torque of the lock nut: 15±3 Nm.
