- Start the engine only with the battery terminals tightly tightened.
- Do not use any quick chargers instead of the battery to start the engine.
- When quickly charging the battery, disconnect it from the vehicle's electrical system.
- Before checking the injection device, make sure that the ignition system is working properly, i.e. that the ignition timing and spark plugs comply with the requirements.
- Pay attention to the reliability of the connector connection.
- Never disconnect the battery while the engine is running.
- At temperatures above 80°C (drying oven), remove the control unit.
- Do not disconnect or connect the control unit connector when the ignition is on.
- When checking compression, disconnect the power supply to the fuel pump relay, remove the relay connector, see p. 8.8.
