Removal the rear oil seal

When removing parts, pay attention to the operation of removing the flywheel assembly.
Using a special tool, secure the flywheel, then unscrew the mounting bolts.
Caution: If the crankshaft is secured at the pulley end, use only the recommended special tools, otherwise the likelihood of damage to the crankshaft pulley damper increases significantly.

Using a special device, secure the flywheel, then unscrew the mounting bolts.
Installing a new seal

Apply a small amount of engine oil to the seal lip around its entire circumference.
By tapping on the mandrel, install the seal so that its end surface is located at the level of the chamfer of the seal housing, as shown in the figure.
Installing the flywheel
Before installation, clean the mounting bolts, threaded holes in the crankshaft and flywheel from oil, old sealant and other contaminants.
Lubricate the bearing surfaces of the flywheel mounting bolt washers with engine oil.
Note: It is permissible to apply sealant to the threaded part of the flywheel mounting bolts (manual transmission), however, this operation may lead to difficulties when subsequently unscrewing the bolts.

Using a special tool, secure the flywheel, then tighten the mounting bolts to the specified tightening torque.
Tightening torque: 132±5 Nm.
Install the clutch housing and driven disc.
Install the gearbox.
Removal the front oil seal
Before starting the operation, remove the timing belt and the balance mechanism drive belt.
Cut off part of the working edge of the crankshaft oil seal.
Wrap the tip of a screwdriver in a cloth, insert it into the slot in the seal and remove the seal.
Caution! Do not damage the crankshaft and oil pump housing.
