The door is adjustable in 6 directions.
When properly adjusted, the door panel should be flush with adjacent body panels.
The position of the door along the surface of the body is regulated by its movement with the bolts of the hinges fastened to the body released.
The protrusion of the door above the surface of the body is adjusted when the bolts fastening the hinges to the door are released.
The reliability of the door lock is determined by the position of the door lock latch.
The manufacturer also provides for the installation of adjusting plates under the latch.
When properly adjusted, the door should not move up or down when slammed shut.
1. To adjust the retainer, loosen the screws (left) impact screwdriver fastening (these screws are tight (right - adjusting plate)).
2. Then move the latch and close the door while holding the outside handle in the unlocked position.
3. Tighten the screws when locking the door with the latch (the latch tongue goes into the latch).
4. If the door is properly adjusted, the latch can only be adjusted in the horizontal direction.
