A damaged fuel line cannot be repaired.

1. Before disconnecting the line, mark the positions of the metal and plastic mounting brackets.

2. Fasten the new pipeline precisely in the designated places.

3. Unscrew the fittings on the injectors and the high-pressure fuel pump and remove the tubes as an assembly.

4. After disconnecting the line, immediately plug the openings to prevent dirt or dust from entering.

5. When assembling, tighten the fittings first by hand and then tighten to a torque of 27 N·m.

6. Remove air from the line.
