Removal
1. Remove the fuel lines.
2. Disconnect the fuel return hose.
3. Unscrew the nuts securing the return pipes to the injectors and disconnect the return pipe.
4. Unscrew the injectors and remove the gaskets.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
2. Tighten the injectors to 55 Nm.
3. Tighten the fuel return line nuts to a torque of 35 N·m.
Examination
Diesel injectors are tested on a stand in a car service center. It is prohibited to perform the check yourself.
