Checking the steering angles of the steering wheels (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Place the front wheels on the turning radius measuring stand and measure the turning angles of the steered wheels.

Nominal value:

Inner wheel:

36°49'±1°30' (short wheelbase)
36°01'±1°30' (long wheelbase) Outer wheel:
32°06' (short wheelbase)
32°18' (long wheelbase)

2. If the steering angles do not correspond to the nominal values, the toe-in may be incorrectly set. Adjust the toe-in and check the steering angle again.
